Thank you for looking around and shopping with Pixie Zo's Bits And Bows. Following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

We only deliver to the UK - Wales, Scotland and England we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

Domestic shipping policy - Shipment processing times

Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days. 

Personalised orders are processed within 5-10 days. May be longer during busy periods.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once shipped items will take between 2-4 days  depending on postage selected - Please bear in mind this will be extended during busy periods.

There may be times where we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK Shipping rates - 

Standard tracked 48  Orders £1-£29.99 = £4.65

Standard tracked 48  Orders £30+ = £6.50

Express tracked 24  Orders £1-£29.99 = £6

Express tracked 24 Orders £30+ = £7.50

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that if you choose express it does not mean you will receive your item the next day order processing times do not change just the delivery speed.
